Sources, reference map and review
36-page shipping introduction, October 2026. It adapts Imperium’s corporate introduction with shipping-specific copy, cited industry sources and licensed port photography; page order, composition and identity are unchanged. Harvey’s 2025 Year in Review supplied the original page order. This is not an annual review or a fundraising presentation.
Shipping edition, checked 14 October 2026.Adapted from the corporate introduction with page order, composition and identity unchanged. It went through three independent review rounds against the corporate edition and was corrected after each. The checks below are recorded results, not an objective certificate.
Shipping edition checks
| Check | Result |
|---|
| Industry figures | The figures on pages 24, 30, 33 and 35 were re-checked against their publishers on 14 October 2026 and are quoted as published (see Industry sources). |
| Neutrality | The copy names no carrier, terminal or customer and claims no shipping engagement. Port photographs were read for carrier, terminal and vessel marks, and picks that carried them were withdrawn; the result for each photograph is in the photography ledger. |
| Client proof | Client stories and quotations come from Imperium’s work in other industries and keep their original attribution; page 7 states that no shipping engagement is claimed. |
| Product views | ARX product-kit views with fictional demonstration data from a non-shipping company, labelled on page 16. |
| Technical | 36 slides rendered at 1920 × 1080 with all fonts loaded, no missing assets and no text overflow. 81 automated checks passed, covering presentation, navigation and the shared client view at 390, 430, 768 and 1440 pixels wide. The 36-page PDF is about 14 MB, carries extractable text on every page and matches the rendered slides within a mean channel difference of 4.0. |
Client outcomes and discarded aggregates
The presentation uses individual observations with their immediate scope. Shanny’s 6–8 to 1 concerns planned office administration roles; manual labour remains intact. Ben’s 1 to 5–7 concerns his description of pieces of work he could complete in a day. Isaac’s 40–50% is his own estimate during an initial 3–4-hour setup, explicitly described as work in progress. These are neither audited results nor universal averages.
The website aggregate candidates were recomputed but excluded because their inputs mix conditional targets, estimates, unlike tasks and unsupported annualisation. No recalled “3.6 employees” figure is used.
| Candidate | Source arithmetic | Decision |
|---|
Working time returned Website candidate: 52% | (60 + 45 + 50) / 3 = 51.67 | Excluded. Sean 60% is conditional on full setup; Alberto double workload is a goal. Mixed inferences are not a measured time-return average. |
Output per person Website candidate: 3.1× | (6 + 2 + 2.5 + 1.8) / 4 = 3.075 | Excluded. Midpoints, inferred ratios and targets mixed across companies and tasks. |
Hires not made Website candidate: 7.5 | ((6 - 1) + 10) / 2 = 7.5 | Excluded. Shanny planned office roles; Chad ten hires not reliably supported by local auto-transcription. Not comparable realized employment outcomes. |
Annual payroll not spent Website candidate: USD175,000 | ((12500 * 12) + 200000) / 2 = 1.75e+05 | Excluded. Assumed monthly midpoint for Shanny not in supplied transcript; Chad hundreds of thousands has no annual basis. Avoided costs are not cash savings. |
Speed increase Website candidate: 5.6× | (6 + 8.7 + 2) / 3 = 5.567 | Excluded. Productivity, inferred elapsed-time ratios and targets are not like-for-like speed measurements. |
Required wording had those figures been used: “Figures calculated from selected client interviews, across different companies and tasks. See the individual stories for context.” They are not used in the slides.
Chad Egan is Founder & CEO of GeoNet and developer of ELLE Resort & Beach Club. The ELLE mark is shown only with that relationship. GeoNet’s three interviewees are one business. Five selected businesses is an editorial selection, not a claimed customer total.

Asset provenance
Shipping edition: the port and vessel photographs on pages 1, 3, 4, 14, 20 and 33 are licensed Pexels images listed in the photography ledger, and the Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Power BI marks on page 15 come from the website integrations catalogue. The colour SAP mark on page 21 is the SAP 2011 logo from Wikimedia Commons, replacing the corporate edition’s black version. Every port photograph was read in tiles at full resolution or above, with closer zooms on hulls, crane booms, container faces and workwear; the regions checked and the result for each are recorded in the photography ledger, and earlier picks that carried carrier, terminal or vessel names were withdrawn. Existing company photographs and canonical brand fonts/marks were reused. Client frames came from the website’s authorised Mux film catalogue. Chad’s portrait is a real interview frame. The Imprint Genius image is labelled as a working session, with no individual in the group identified. Vendor marks retain their supplied colours and sit on contrasting grounds.
ARX captures come from the approved product kit. Meridian data is illustrative. No interface was generated or redrawn. The original line-art diagrams are copied from published plates; owned derivatives remove tiny text so readable labels can be independently edited. No ARX application, product-kit original or website file was changed.

Image generation usage
No generated imagery appears in the shipping edition. The generated architectural image used on page 4 of the corporate edition is replaced by a licensed container-yard photograph.
36-page map
Every reference page was rendered and individually inspected. Initial geometry is a visual estimate, not a claim of pixel-perfect extraction from a raster PDF. The comparison viewer provides all 36 side-by-side pairs, opacity overlays and measured output-element bounds.

Technical checks and reproducibility
Impeccable detector triage records the retained heuristic warnings and their verification boundaries.
Browser screenshots use a 1920×1080 viewport. Fonts and images are awaited before export. The final PDF is reopened separately, checked for 36 pages at 1920×1080 points, embedded fonts and selectable text, and rendered page by page against the browser output. Raster differences are diagnostic because browser/PDF text antialiasing differs.

September 25 refinements
The desktop and mobile interface views are source-backed ARX product-kit configurations with fictional demonstration data. The phone view is deployment-specific, and the Chrome extension remains a private preview. OpenAI-related native Codex support remains a private preview. DeepSeek is shown as a self-hosted model option to assess for an installation, not as evidence of generally available native ARX integration. Official local deployment reference.
The founder background is a founder-reported account of earlier software, data procurement, migration, enterprise resource planning, and commercial operations work. SAP and ALDI marks refer to founder-reported prior professional experience. No project detail, current Imperium customer relationship or endorsement is asserted. Educational affiliations are omitted.
The ontology plate illustrates sources, connected business objects and decisions. It is a conceptual operating model, not a screenshot or certification of a particular backend architecture. The progress rail groups development themes rather than exact feature release dates; October remains planned.
Only Earned photographs come from the published Correlating AI to Revenue presentation. No unverified event year is stated. Other real frames come from the client interviews and the published company film.
